On October 21, 2024, the Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy welcomed the Delegation from the Philippine Public Safety College, headed by Assistant Secretary Juabilly P. Racho. This meeting was arranged after the agreement on Korea-Philippines Strategic Partnership on October 7, and total of twenty-seven delegates paid a visit to the KIMS. The two parties shared their views on current security situations in the Indo-Pacific region, especially the Korean Peninsula and the South China Sea, and agreed to continue such talks and meetings for further cooperation.
