On September 12, 2023, Prof. Terence Roehrig of the US Naval War College visited the Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy.
Professor Roehrig presented the findings of his current research on the origins of the Northern Limit Line with Dr. Seong Ho Jhe, Professor of international law at Chung-Ang University Law School, and CAPT Jaehak Sim, SJA of ROKN Fleet Command, participating as discussants on the legality of the NLL.
