On June 9, 2023, the Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy invited Dr. Gurpreet Khurana of Naval War College, Goa (India) to discuss the principles for South Korea’s National Maritime Strategy and its goals.
Dr. Khurana presented the development of India’s maritime strategy from historical and geopolitical perspectives. The subsequent discussions took place on the possible measures for the development of South Korean seapower such as advancing the blue economy sector.
