On November 4, Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy (KIMS) and the National Maritime Foundation (NMF) of India signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The signing was attended by VADM Taeho Won, President of the KIMS, and VADM Pradeep Chauhan, Director-General of NMF, as representatives of each institute. This MOU signing ceremony was organized based on the relationship established when VADM Chauhan participated as a presenter in the KIMS session at the 2025 Jeju Forum. As they signed the memorandum, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further active academic exchange and cooperation in the future.
